Senator Paraguayo Cubas presented a bill to legalise growing, selling and using cannabis for medical and recreational purposes. It was sent to committees. In September the Senate passed a narrower bill, by Víctor Ríos and Patrick Kemper, on cannabis for medical use.[1]
