A police operation named Chibuk raided sites in Strumica, Gevgelija, Demir Kapija, Struga and Prilep and seized more than 100 kilograms of marijuana. Among those arrested was Boro Stojchev, whose son's company had held a cultivation licence since 2020; he pleaded guilty and was sentenced in May to five years and three months in prison.[1]
