Montenegro extends drug warnings, reporting and advertising restrictions

The amended drug law strengthened the early-warning and EU information-sharing system and broadened restrictions on promoting drugs and new psychoactive substances. Individuals advertising in ways that encourage unlawful drug activities entered the existing €100–€2,000 misdemeanour fine band. Industrial hemp was expressly defined at no more than 0.2% THC.[1]
