A government regulation of 31 March 2026 amending the Narcotics Regulation, published in the Law Gazette on 3 April, replaced two individual entries with a generic one headed Cannabinoids. It covers any substance whose structure derives from the benzo[c]chromen-1-ol skeleton with alkyl groups at positions 3, 6 and 9, whatever its degree of hydrogenation, unless it is already listed elsewhere. Industrial and scientific use is exempt from control; private use is expressly not.[1]
