Legal Notice 155 of 2025 revised the licensing rules for the medical cannabis industry. It set licence fees of 100,000 maloti each for cultivation, manufacturing and testing and 400,000 for an operator, added a permit route for laboratories, and required the Narcotics Bureau to endorse export permits and destruction certificates.[1]
