Kuwait lists cannabis resin, oil and tinctures in a replacement schedule

A replacement narcotics schedule took effect on gazette publication and expressly listed cannabis, Indian hemp, resin, powder, oil, extract, tincture and preparations.[1] The health minister issued it following a recommendation from the standing drug-control committee, replacing earlier scheduling decrees.[1] The 1960 law had already covered Indian hemp and its preparations and derivatives.[2]
