The Chief Pharmacist's evidence to a later scrutiny review dates the first local clinic to November 2020. Before then, following the January 2019 law change, Jersey patients' prescriptions had been issued by UK clinics and dispensed by UK pharmacies. This records the start of local prescribing rather than the first legal access to these medicines.[1]
