France regulates poisonous substances in French West Africa

A decree issued regulations on the trade in, possession and use of poisonous substances in French West Africa, which included what is now Benin, under France's 1916 law on such substances. The 1952 amendment that cites it does not reproduce its text, so its treatment of cannabis is not confirmed.[1]
