Six implementing arrêtés of the 2024 law appeared in the Journal officiel. They allow at most ten growers on 1.5 hectares, with plants at or below 0.3% THC, and permit products such as seeds, food, dried leaves and infusions; CBD oil still needed further arrêtés.[1]
