Tightening 🇸🇻 El Salvador

El Salvador's drug law sets three to six years for possession

Decree 728, in force from this day, regulated growing, production, use, possession and trafficking. Possession brought three to six years in prison, growing five to ten. It was replaced in 2003 by a law that lowered the term for less than two grams to one to three years and raised the one for growing to ten to fifteen.[1]
