Agriculture permits allowcover hemp cultivationvarieties below 0.3% THC for fibre, animal-feed seed, propagation and specified processing and seed activities underthe purposes listed in Article 60.[@zpks] Varieties; varieties capable of exceeding 0.3% THC are prohibited by Article 58.[@zpks] The permit rules require registered varietiesCannabis and a permit for one production yearresin also appear on controlled-substance Lists 1 and 2, with List 2 restricted to research and exceptional therapy.[@hemp13schedules26,zpks] Research possession isArticle 25 separately subject to ministerial approvalpermits controlled-substance manufacture under Article 36a ministry authorisation specifying the substance, quantity and site.
