In FSM v. Ehsa, 24 FSM R. 151, the Supreme Court excludes marijuana found in a bag outside the justified firearms search, but finds probable cause concerning approximately seven plants. It requests briefing on national subject-matter jurisdiction over locally grown cannabis. The order leaves that question open; it is neither a general cannabis acquittal nor a final nationwide sentencing rule.[1]
