Jordan’s Lower House backs broader first-offence record protection

The Lower House backed extending first-offence record protection to a longer list of personal-use acts, including importing, transporting and storing drugs. Its proposal also expanded drug-control offences, including distribution without payment. The amendment was published later in September and took effect in October, while personal-use prosecution remained possible.[1][2][3]
