Ireland allows a cannabis-based medicine to be prescribed

The regulations under the Misuse of Drugs Act were amended so that nabiximols, sold as Sativex, could be prescribed. Cannabis itself had been listed since 1998 in Schedule 1, the class with no recognised medical use.[1]

Listed for context. No score change is recorded for Ireland here.
