Greece brought its existing drug legislation together in a Code on Drugs. The national human-rights commission later identified the codification as a legislative milestone following the 1987 reform and the 1993 legislation that established OKANA, the Organization Against Drugs. The record concerns the wider controlled-drug framework rather than a cannabis-specific law.[1]
