Spain publishes the decree applying its revised Penal Code in Equatorial Guinea

Decree 480/1966, dated 17 February and published on 1 March, declared the revised 1963 Spanish Penal Code applicable in Equatorial Guinea. This documents the ancestry of the penal framework later amended by the 1993 drug decree; it does not independently establish the first cannabis prohibition.[1]
