Bahrain’s Attorney General created a dedicated narcotics-crimes prosecution unit to investigate and prosecute offences under the 2007 drug law.[1] The International Narcotics Control Board reported that its remit included coordination with police and international bodies and proposals for legislative improvements.[1]
