ARICCAME Resolution 41/2026, adopted on 26 June and published on 30 June, opens a special adaptation licence for seeds, seedlings and cuttings of cannabis for medicinal use.[1] The window runs until 1 March 2027.[1] The recitals tie it to people and companies that already held authorisations from the health ministry, the seed institute or the agricultural health service.[1] Selling flowers, or making derivatives, is outside the licence, and any flowers that appear while plants are multiplied for propagation cannot be sold.[1] The resolution takes effect on the tenth administrative working day after publication.[1]
