+Research checked on 26 October 2026. Read `DATA-MAINTENANCE.md` and each
+country's entries with profiles before comparing. Method per the project
+hint: read each Wikipedia legal history as a lead list, check every dated
+event against changes.yaml. No scores, profiles or timelines changed in
+this pass except the Australia hemp item (separate note and commit).

+## Results (no missing dated legal events)
+
+- Spain: 1860, 1928, 1967, 1974, 1983, 1984/1985, 1988×2, 1992, 1993,
+  1997 ARSEC, 2001 clubs and motions, 2005 Sativex, 2012 plantation,
+  2015 rulings and safety law, 2017 Catalan law, 2021 motion, 2023 mayor
+  pledge, 2024–2026 items — all present. 1991 first clubs covered by the
+  social-clubs entry; the 2021 "loophole cut" is the 2015 doctrine
+  applied (Business of Cannabis review already cited there).
+- United Kingdom colonial list (Mauritius 1840, Singapore 1870, Jamaica
+  1913, East Africa Protectorate 1914, Sierra Leone, South Africa 1922):
