The issue's October 2025 policy FAQ did not contain the claimed combined-sales passage when searched. The actual primary combined-sales examples are in the 2024 dispensary guidance; [current COMAR 14.17.12.04(B)(7)](https://regs.maryland.gov/us/md/exec/comar/14.17.12.04) retains the per-day personal-use sales limits. The profile attributes the combination rule to purchases and supplies no invented cross-form criminal conversion formula. Patient possession remains tied to written certification. Corrected summary, possession, enforcement, sharing and carry/caught answers while preserving two/four-plant distinctions. Scores remain 5/3/6/5/3/6; no new legal change asserted.

+## #213 — Delaware personal-use quantity by form
+
+Read [§4701's personal-use and leaf-marijuana definitions](https://delcode.delaware.gov/title16/c047/sc01/) and [§§4750, 4751C(3)(c), 4756, 4764(b), 4764A](https://delcode.delaware.gov/title16/c047/sc04/). The code supplies two versions of §4764A: use the version effective 21 October 2026, which expressly includes marijuana products and infused beverages. Adult possession and unpaid sharing use the personal-use quantity: 1 oz leaf, 12 g concentrate or products with 750 mg delta-9-THC. Purchase-linked reciprocal gifts are excluded. Do not turn an ounce into concentrate permission.
+
+Leaf excess above 1 oz but below 175 g can carry three months/$575/both under §4764(b); 175 g inclusive is Tier 1 and can trigger §4756's class G felony. The profile names leaf when giving that example and requires applicable classification/quantity rules for other products instead of copying its physical-weight shortcut. Medical/control-act exemptions remain. Corrected summary, possession, enforcement, sharing and carry answer. Scores remain 5/1/6/5/3/6; no new score event follows from correcting existing caps.
