Removed the undifferentiated penalty shortcut without prescribing a universal concentrate charge. Corrected summary, possession, gifting, purchase and carry answer. Scores remain 5/4/6/5/3/6: the current text is being corrected, with no claim of a new 2026 change.

+
+Read current official [AS 17.38.020–.030](https://www.akleg.gov/basis/statutes.asp#17.38.020) in the browser and [AMCO personal-use FAQ](https://www.commerce.alaska.gov/web/amco/marijuanafaqs.aspx), including the harvested-crop, cooperative and proxy questions. The issue's old regulator PDF returns 404, so cite the live legislature text. Six plants/three mature per adult and twelve/six mature per dwelling; all resulting marijuana may stay where grown, with no added weight limit. Security, public-view and land-consent rules apply. Neither aggregate cooperative crops nor unlimited off-site transport follows from this.
+
+Read the [Noy opinion of 29 August 2003](https://caselaw.findlaw.com/court/ak-court-of-appeals/1182742.html), a republication of the Court of Appeals' reasons. Its separate privacy protection says LESS THAN four ounces, not an inclusive four-ounce allowance. Ordinary unauthorised larger-weight penalties remain qualified by the lawful on-site crop exception. Corrected summary, possession, cultivation, enforcement and carry answer. Scores remain 5/4/6/5/4/6: public carry remains capped at an ounce and legal home growing at a handful of plants, which the existing bands represent.
